STANDARD FEE (100%)

For earners of stable income + those who can pay the regular fee

SUBSIDISED FEE (70%)

For earners in between stable and unstable income + those in need of financial assistance

SUBSIDISED FEE (40%)

For earners of unstable income + those in need of financial assistance
