E01: “Anger”

This is the first episode of Empathy For Youth’s ‘applied empathy’ project where we get our students to have a discourse about a primary emotion that we all have as humans. In this episode, we talk about the trajectory of dealing with anger from a larger social context that perpetuates oppression at various levels in Yemen.

I had so much anger when I was in Yemen, that I couldn't go out, couldn't run in the streets like anybody else. I couldn't do anything that I loved. And that anger eventually would take me to achieve my dream and go out of Yemen.
