At EFY Academy, we’ve discovered a simple truth: the backbone of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is Conscious Communication.

As we design workshops and programs, one challenge stands out—participants and facilitators must first speak the same “language” in order for learning sessions to be effective.

That language is Conscious Communication.

By using Conscious Communication as our foundation, we create a shared framework where participants can explore and deepen their understanding of the Five Core Competence areas of SEL:
